This project was the renovation of two dissimilar research buildings (the cancer research and cancer clinic) and the addition of a connector across the facade of the two buildings.  The program for the office addition was to provide office space for the research doctors and at the same time provide a new and unified facade for the complex. This work was so successful that we were hired to add approximately 24,000 square feet of laboratories in new construction on the east side. This addition included extending the facade established in the initial project to maintain the unified look of the complex. This building is now used occupied by GTX which demonstrates the flexibility of the building design.
