The University of Memphis Roof Replacements

HGA was commissioned by the Tennessee Board of Regents to draft construction documents for the roof replacement of seven University of Memphis buildings; three EPDM roofs on the main campus (image below at left), one shingle roof on the Park Avenue campus (image below at right), one shingle roof on Central Avenue just off the main campus and another EPDM at Chucalissa Indian Village. The low-slope roof area totals 111.500 s.f. and the shingle roof area totals 34,000 s.f.
