C. B. Richard Ellis is a world leader in commercial real estate services. In addition to some standard roof replacement projects, the Horrell Group has provided roof consultation to C. B. Richard Ellis for some of their properties here in Memphis and Nashville. HGA provided an inspection of the roof and building envelope to determine the cause of leaks in the buildings. These inspections involved looking at possible leak locations such as the window perimeter, window heads and sills, cracks in exterior building materials, parapet caps, roof penetrations (mechanical equipment, pipes, vents, etc.) and tears in the roof system.
As a result of these studies, the roof surfaces and/or the building envelope of each building was repaired to eliminate leaks or the entire roof system was replaced.
