Belz, a leading developer in Memphis, hired the Horrell Group to review construction documents and specifications for the roof replacement of several of their buildings in Memphis. HGA also observed the installation of the roof for compliance with the contract documents. As part of this third party representation, HGA performed site visits and issued field reports to inform the Owner of the construction progress and assisted in resolving any issues that arose during construction.
