Restoration of the building included removal of materials from previous remodels, opening the original windows that had been sealed, refinishing of pseudo-greek ornamentation, refurbish existing light fixtures and refinishing the bronze entry. The elevator was replaced and the cab was finished out to match the original. Exterior work was limited to cleaning the limestone and granite and painting the steel windows.
